Your new company
An established organisation in Hereford are looking to recruit an HR Specialist to support the Head of HR and wider HR team with the implementation, project management and successful completion of a number of key business projects. This is an exceptional organisation with ambitious growth plans and a track record of meeting such targets.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the implementation, training and support of a new time and attendance system. You will be responsible for ensuring the company is GDPR compliant (managing the project from beginning to end) and you will support the organisation through changes in contractual terms.
What you'll need to succeed
You are a confident HR professional with project management experience. You are hardworking, personable and will build relationships quickly with the executive team and all key stakeholders in the business. You will lead on the portfolio of projects you are given, reporting onto the Head of HR and COO. It would be advantageous if you have managed the GDPR project for an organisation.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary based on your relevant skills and experience, somewhere in the region £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata. You will work alongside an extremely ambitious, motivated exec team that value and respect the human resources function. You will lead on a number of key projects over the next six months.
