HR Performance Analytics Manager
Oakleaf are working with a leading global Financial Services organisation to support a global HR transformation programme on a permanent basis. This role will be part of a small global team that will support a HR self service delivery model, this service touches all employees and managers within the region in support of their people processes.
This role will be accountable for tracking the self-service model globally against the agreed standards and KPIs
Set up a new reporting capability to track performance and risk successfully
Reporting on the self-service performance globally, providing insight and identifying opportunities for improvement
Risk control management both on and offshore
Responsible for liaising with the HR Centres of Excellence and team in respect of budgets, FTE and position management controls
Develop a capacity plan for the self-service delivery model to ensure teams are properly resourced and positions are identified to ensure services are delivered effectively
The successful candidate will have extensive management experience in service delivery reporting in a services organisation with a high-level understanding of HR globally.
You will have strong analytical skills, data mining capability and be able to provide insight and information utilising the data.
Predictive analytics experience, looking at trends, capacity planning and understand the impact to the business.
Strong influencing, facilitation and stakeholder management skills across all levels
Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment with conflicting demands
