HR Project Consultant
Your new role
Your new role will be to provide support within the HR department and look at the redesign of the organisations people plans. You will be responsible for the management of the project and work to create new efficiencies within the trust. You will aim to partner with senior stakeholders within your dedicated business unit to help drive the delivery of the people plans and strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will be an experienced HR Practitioner, be CIPD qualified and have a strong background in Project Management in Redesign and Efficiency programmes.
What you'll get in return
This is a Band 8a role and which last between 3-6 months.
