Your new role
Your role is to support the HR team, providing advice on all aspects on HR processes and policies. You will be providing support with end to end recruitment processes including advertising roles, tracking applicants, organising interview and coordinating agencies. You will be responsible for all new starter and leavers processes including collating all documentation for contracts including qualifications, certificates and proof of eligibility to work, carrying out new starter inductions and recording and tracking probation progress. You will support all employee relations queries and establishing excellent working relationships. Your role will involve rewards within the company preparing and issuing employee benefits, communicating key information to payroll for any changes. You will assist with appraisals and organising training courses, gathering feedback on review. You will take ownership of maintaining employee records and updating the HRIS system, monitor attendance and annual leave bookings, and collate and produce HR reports for board.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require a good knowledge of employment law and be studying or willing to undertake the CIPD qualification. Previous experience of a recruitment system would be desirable. It is essential that candidates have worked in a similar role within a fast paced HR team. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential with the ability to work collaboratively and independently. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to build key relationships. You must be proficient in in HRIS, Outlook and MS packages including (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
