Global FTSE organisation going through an exciting period of strategic product and service development is looking to hire a high calibre Head of Change in a newly created position to improve ways of working driving operational excellence and cultural change.
As Head of Change, you will lead the change process creating new standardised methods and procedures developing an efficient and prompt handling of change, ensuring that it continuously evolves and supports the needs of the business.
You will sponsor, design, manage, develop, implement and communicate the change management process and supporting procedures, and raise the profile of Change Management across operations, product and service delivery. You'll also develop and manage the end to end change process in an AGILE environment, and as the process manager be accountable for the daily operational management and continuous improvement.
To excel, the role demands an exceptional change manager with a strong background in business change - operational excellence, strategy, and project/programme management best practice.
You will be experienced in build and development of best practice change management process with significant experience in an AGILE environment. You'll also have experience working in a heavily matrixed international environment working with big data sets, analytics and high volumes of technical change. Results driven, strategic and commercially astute, you will offer strong stakeholder management skills and will have a natural ability to influence others to work toward a common vision driving high performance and cultural change.
