My client, a leading international brokerage company is looking for a Data Systems and Reward Analyst to join their London HR team
This opportunity will require someone who is confident getting involved in a variety of different tasks as it in an extremely hybrid role consisting of systems, analytics and reward. The Systems & Data Analyst will have sole responsibility for all system related matters across HR, including payroll, flex bens, recruitment, L&D and the companies bespoke reward system. They will also be heavily involved in HR Analytics and assist with the annual reward process.
We are looking for someone who has excellent Excel skills, has experience working with and managing HR systems and has an understanding of reward (ideally having worked within reward).
