Interim HR Coordinator

Interim HR Coordinator, Based in Sunbury-on-Thames, 12 months +

Your new company
You will be working for a multinational leading oil and gas company based in Sunbury.

Your new role
You will be reporting in to the HRBP, playing a supporting role in the HR agenda for all the HR Centres of Excellence i.e. - Group Resourcing, Talent & Learning, Group Reward and Employee Relations. You will be overlooking a global portfolio of 750+ staff and you will be supporting the HR Team in transition to the new HR operating model as part of their HR modernisation agenda of 2018.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have formal qualifications including university degrees, examination certificates that confirm a level of educational attainment or licenses. You must have previous HR qualifications or relevant work experience and will be part/full CIPD qualified. Furthermore, you will be very organised and have excellent attention to detail. You will have worked as a HR Coordinator / HR Assistant / HR Advisor in a complex, matrix business.
