A well known financial services business are currently recruiting for an ambitious Recruitment Coordinator on a 6 month basis. Working closely with the hiring managers, candidates and 3 recruiters in the team this role will be responsible for the coordination of complex interview scheduling across multiple locations and time zones, including telephone and video conferencing. Additional responsibilities include database management, candidate management and feedback.
They are really looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. You need to be confident liaising with senior members of staff and using your own initiative to manage your workload, prioritise and meet deadlines.
Candidates must be immediately available or on a short notice to be considered.
