Oakleaf Partnership are currently experiencing a high volume of roles and are interested in speaking with and registering candidates who are interested in pursuing their HR career further. We are specifically looking for L&D administrators to handle a variety of duties across the learning and development remit. You will provide support to both the HR and L&D departments and employees regarding activities, policies, processes and procedures.

The Learning & Development Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with all relevant staff and external trainers to schedule, organise and ensure the smooth running of internal and external training events
  • Carrying out all HR/L&D administrative duties
  • Producing monthly reports for Head office using the database and Microsoft Excel
  • Providing guidance to line managers and staff on policy and procedures
  • Maintenance of training resources and information
  • Promotion of internal training working closely with the business

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are HR degree qualified or pursuing CIPD qualification
  • Possess a strong interest in pursuing L&D as a career
  • Have previous administration or Assistant level experience
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Can liaise at all levels in a business
  • Are bright, on the ball and dynamic
  • Possess strong Microsoft skills
  • Have an interest in training and development
