We are working with a leading global Financial Services organisation as they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst on a permanent basis to support a large-scale HR transformation. This role will look at the impact analysis of change and be responsible for managing the analysis and consulting activity with a medium to high level of complexity.
Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for undertaking specific business analysis for design items / requirements and managing these through to closure
Identifies areas of impact on the target operating model and design activities to mitigate impact
Provide oversight and governance of HR designs as a result of understanding business demands and priorities, legislative and regulatory changes and innovations in HR practice and technology
Support reengineering of processes and provide detailed guidance on process design
Supports the programme management with impact assessment for change on design, scope, time, budget
In order to be successful for this role you will have experience in HR with a strong understanding of the impact HR processes have upon HR systems with expertise ideally in at least one functional area (Resourcing, Learning, Compensation) in addition to the following:
Experience in dealing with the clients of HR to understand the user perspective
- Data analysis skills are key for this role
Excellent eye for detail and a proven ability to think through and clearly articulate complex issues
Good communication, interpersonal and client facing skills
Ability to work flexibly, take responsibilities for all areas of work as required and adapt to change
