What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a senior HR role will lead to your success. You will have in-depth expertise of operating at a strategic level as well as doing the day to day operational duties. You'll have lead on various HR projects to include change and transformation. You'll be a proactive team player with an engaging style who has the confidence to challenge and influence at board level. Up to date employment law knowledge is essential and a CIPD qualification is highly desirable.
