Interim Resourcing, Talent & Diversity Lead

My client, a pioneering and market leading renewable energy business, is urgently seeking an interim Resourcing, Talent & Diversity Lead on a 12 month contract.

Working as part of the wider global HR team, you will be an experienced Resourcing Business Partner who will have responsibility for owning recruitment in the UK across all disciplines and levels. In addition you will drive initiatives around talent (pipelining, succession planning, etc) and diversity.

You will have experience of working closely with hiring managers based in various global locations, detail focused, be collaborative in style, have strong influencing skills and know how to challenge in the right way.

This is an urgent role and, as such, the ideal candidate will be available at short notice and there is also a particular preference for someone with an Occ Psych background/trained in assessment methodology (e.g. SHL).

The client can consider someone who is a strong Resourcing Business Partner or a HR Generalist/Business Partner with a strong interest in recruitment.
