About you
·At least 3 years UK HR experience
·Considerable senior generalist HR experience.
·Strong knowledge and practical experience of ER including performance management, and disciplinaries and grievances.
·Excellent knowledge of employment law, HR and benefits and best practise.
·Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
·Well organised, results driven and a strong work ethic.
·Experience of managing to SLA's
·Proficient in Microsoft office
·CIPD qualified
·Experience with SelectHR reporting would be beneficial
What you will be doing?

The key objectives of this role will be to support the attraction, retention and engagement of the company's talent. You will manage the performance and delivery of the remote team to achieve all agreed KPI's. Be responsible for the procedures, best practise and providing support and advice.

Other operational duties will include providing internal recruitment support, training external clients, staff appraisal and consensus, letter template updates, acquisition and start-ups, telephone query resolution and handling projects as required.
