HR Manager - Management Consultancy
A growing IT management consulting firm is introducing a new HR Manager role in to the organisation. Reporting directly in to the Director of Consulting and working closely with the CEO and Recruitment Head, you will be responsible for partnering with the business to manage all aspects of HR in a broad HR generalist role. The organisation consists of circa 120 employees across 3 offices and is growing.
More specifically, as an HR Manager within this IT management consulting firm, responsiblities will include:
Partnering with the CEO, Director of Consulting, Recruitment Head and the business to define and deliver HR Strategy & initiatives that are fit for purpose.
Managing Employee Relations, Policy and Performance Management.
Managing annual HR Processes; talent, salary and bonus review etc
Managing Talent & Succession Planning as well as development plans
Manage HR projects
Working with external vendors to oversee payroll and other outsourced activity
You will be an accomplished, commercial and articulate HR Manager who is comfortable essentially operating in a standalone HR generalist capacity, managing strategy, projects and all HR operations. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
