The role will lead a team and focus on best practice and compliance as well as overseeing recruitment strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Coaching, advising and creating development plans.
  • Understanding and being able to push back with hiring managers.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Promoting brand awareness.
  • Talent pipelining and an expert in utilising various recruitment tools.
