Role: HR Manager
Location: City of London or Germany
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
My client are a global technology business who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to look after their Germany client group in their Frankfurt office. This role can be Frankfurt based, or London based with fortnightly travel to the Germany office. This will have a true generalist focus, so experience in an operational HR Manager position is key.
There will be a big focus on recruitment, introducing employee benefits, GDPR and employee engagement, as well as taking on global projects from their San Francisco and London office. You will also have regular liaisons with Work Counsels in this region, so experience of this in prevous organisations is a must. An exceptional understanding of the German employment law is needed, as well as the fluency in both English and German written and spoken language.
