Role: HR Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
My client are an industry leading B2B organisation providing property services to prestigious clients across London. They are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and implement their HR function and work closely with ther Operations team. Ideal experience would be working as a HR Manager within a customer service focussed business and industry.
You will be responsible for ensuring the function operates effectively across multiple offices, within all aspects of the full employee lifecyle including recruitment, employee relations, learning and training, talent and development.
Duties will include:
Promoting and impoving company culture by building trust across the business with employees, Managers and leadership team
Conducting talent mapping with Managers
Ensuring company policies and procedures are updated and accurate, as well as the employee handbook
Improving and administering the company appraisal system and performance management
Managing the company benefits, assisting with the negotiation and being a point of contact for queries
Coach Management on performance including absence management
With the business going through a significant amount of change, you must have the adaptability, flexibility and attitude to be hit with challenges and deal with often frustrating situations; whilst putting the customers and employees first. Experience working through change projects is highly advantageous.
