The Team

The Graduate Recruitment and Development team manages the recruitment of top quality graduates for the Firm. The team oversees the development of trainees so that they fulfil their potential in line with their abilities and aspirations. Ensures that the department provides a quality service in all respects.

The Opportunity

This role provides the opportunity to have responsibility for shaping and developing the future talent of the firm. Working with Partners across the firm you will be pivotal in managing the pipeline of future talent both in the UK and in our International offices. There is also the opportunity to get involved in key projects focussed both in the graduate and broader sphere.

Who we’re looking for

You will have Graduate Recruitment experience at a manager level preferably within a professional services environment. Strong management skills and experience handling a demanding client base are essential. A team player who can quickly build strong relationships with people at all levels across the business. Someone with a strategic focus and a commercial approach to solving problems who is proactive in making suggestions for smarter working. Excellent attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
