Currently employing c. 80 employees across three international hubs and with PE backing in place, it is expected that the business will at least double in size within 2 years. At the heart of this growth will be the People and Talent agenda, and accordingly the CEO has created a new Head of HR position on the leadership team with responsibility for designing and embedding the new people plan across the business.
The success of this business has derived from the quality and innovation of the solutions it provides to its customers and the pace, creativity, drive and customer centricity of its employees. It is highly desirable that the Head of HR will have gained their experience within a similar, international, technology driven organisation. Complementary industries outside of Technology would include Media, Digital, and Telecoms.
This role will suit a generalist HR professional who is looking for their 1st or even 2nd number one HR role. Experience will most likely have been gained in both an SME as well as a larger business. Our client has already attracted some of the best technologists and commercial professionals in the global market, and the Head of HR will need demonstrable experience of devising and implementing a full talent strategy for a similar populations.
Technical depth across L&OD, Resourcing, Employee Relations, HR Operations and Reward is expected, as is a track record of leading these HR disciplines effectively across client groups in the UK & North America. Additional experience supporting client groups in AsiaPac would be extremely attractive.
Our client already has a number of people initiatives already in place, therefore, this is not a pure greenfield site opportunity, however the Head of HR will assess all existing processes and make recommendations to bring improvements. The Head of HR will need to be equally comfortable delivering on the business as usual annual calendar of HR as they are leading and delivering on new HR initiatives and projects.

Your reward will include a base salary of £90,000 - £100,000 alongside a package including bonus, private medical cover, various personal insurances and pension.
