Oakleaf Partnership are working alongside a leading healthcare provider who have an opportunity for a Reward Advisor to join their team in The City.
As a Reward Advisor you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Supporting on the Annual reward review / year end
Working on numerous projects throughout the year including gender pay reporting
Assisting with the administration of long term incentives plans and bonus's
Assisting with the delivery of directors remuneration reports
We are looking for someone with reward experience who has strong Excel skills and is confident working closely with senior stakeholders.This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the most recognisable healthcare brands in the UK.
