Working with a driven and proactive team, the HR Manager will contribute to the development and implementation of both business and HR strategies, while leading on all transactional HR processes for the organisation.

Our client is an Education Business operating across London


Reporting into the People Director, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the follwing:

  • Recruiting and Staffing
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Organisational development
  • Employee compliance and regulation
  • Employee on-boarding, development, needs analysis, and training
  • Policy development and implementation
  • Employee relations
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Line management of an HR Advisor and HR Administrator


We're looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

  • Degree/CIPD Qualified or relevant experience

  • Ability to work in a lean, rapidly changing environment

  • Manage conflicting priorities and demands

  • Resilient and self-motivated

  • Strong line management experience with a coaching & developing approach

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working in a private equity backed organisation is an advantage

  • Able to work at a fast pace

  • Excellent team player

  • Knowledge and experience of HR systems (particularly Sage HR) is a distinct advantage

Job Offer

Temp to perm contract, salary £40,000-50,000 dependent on experience
