SMCR Program Manager
A Canadian multinational bank with global offices are looking to hire a SMCR Program Manager on a permanent basis for their London office. As the Program Manager you will be responsible for managing all HR processes that relate to the Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
Reporting directly to the European HR Director this role will work closely with the business, HR and compliance and will facilitate the certification process required by the regulatory authorities for Certified Individuals and manage the HR aspects of regulatory certification for Senior Managers. You will also be involved in the management, design and implementation of related reporting, communications & training, monitoring & testing as well as the ongoing maintenance of HR processes and procedures relative to regulatory requirements.
To be successful within this role you will need strong SMCR knowledge and experience as well as experience working within a HR or Compliance environment. You will be customer focused and performance oriented. You will be able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively and cooperatively with others and have a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
