Our client is an award-winning, multi-site business with considerable international operations across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. They are about to embark on a period of significant transformation as they adapt to the changing needs of their industry and seek to unlock greater efficiencies to support continued future growth. With several thousand people based in both the UK and abroad, they are seeking an experienced Senior Reward Manager to help them on this journey. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Reward to support in the development and implementation of the Reward strategy
  • Be responsible for the delivery of key Reward projects across the organisation, ensuring milestones are on track and documented, whilst monitoring and communicating potential risks as appropriate
  • Act as a source of expert Reward advice, with a broad understanding of Reward, Executive Pay and Employment Law and the ability to apply this
  • Maintain clear lines of communication internally (and externally where appropriate) in relation to ongoing project progress
  • Solid key stakeholder management and mapping skills to ensure involvement and engagement in all key Reward projects

Person specification:

  • Proven experience in a senior Reward role, with a significant project element
  • Able to combine a busy and broad operational agenda whilst adding value to setting the strategic agenda
  • A clear track record of leading and facilitating change and building long term relationship
  • Used to effectively managing and prioritising workload, remaining proactive and agile
  • A highly influential individual with the confidence and ability to communicate at all levels
