Your new role
The HR Administrator will support the HR team by providing a full HR administrative service across the business. Key responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, prepare HR letters and contracts, process changes to terms & conditions of employment, recruitment administration, producing HR management reports and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries. The role is a part time role for 20 hours per week - there can be some flexibility on the working pattern.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant with full generalist exposure. Candidates will be professional, well organised and have great attention to detail. It is essential candidates are qualified to CIPD Level 3 as a minimum.
What you'll get in return
