Role: Global Head of Recruitment

I am currently seeking an experienced Global Recruitment Manager who has an exceptional recruitment track record and global experience. You will also have touched on mobility with a good understanding of what needs to be done within a business and what can be advised across the countries.
You will manage the global recruitment team and oversee the mobility of employees moving between regions, and in doing so will be responsible for streamlining and ensuring transitions and onboarding is done so smoothly. The ability to maintain and create strong internal and external relationships is vital in this role being successful. It is therefore perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with the business on a global level, with strong communication skills and the ability to be innovative and creative with ideas.
You must have experience in implementing an ATS, ideally across different global offices, as well as managed a graduate programme. There is lots to do around the employer brand, engagement and improving processes. This will really suit someone who wants to be part of a fast-growth business, full of fantastic self-starters and high retention rates. Culture is however key for the business to continue it's success, so the ability to keep this strong is key.
You will have full ownership of the process, with a global headcount of around 1200, with 100 new heads to hired come the summer months. Ideas will be welcomed, and you will be encouraged to run with projects of interest to you, without facing constant barriers.
Travel will be involved so flexibility is important for this.
