HR Business Partner
Your new role
Your role will be to deliver a robust HR service to the organisation. You will aid the development of the people agenda in order to achieve business objectives, delivering transactional and transformational people activities to drive business performance and process improvement. Key aspects of the role will include, driving employee engagement levels, supporting the executive team to drive effective organisational design, facilitate reward and recognition interventions, lead on HR Projects, identify gaps and areas of improvement and help to facilitate appropriate resource plans.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you MUST have experience of working within a financial services organisation, you will also be available immediately for a 12 month FTC, have true business partnering experience and an understanding of working in the public sector would also be beneficial.
What you'll get in return
£50000 - £55000, 38 days holiday, 20% bonus and great pension.
