HR Officer

I am delighted to be working with a growing business services organisation in their search for an HR Officer. You will be working closely with the HR Manager and HRBP sat in an HR team of 4.

This role is a fantastic platform to develop you advisory skills in a generalist role. You will be involved with the onboarding, deal sensitively with any employee relations issues and act as the first point of call for any employee queries. You will also be involved with the payroll process and will need to keep up to date with legislation and ensure policies are up to date!

The ideal candidate will already be operating an officer level and be able to pick things up quickly. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative team, learn a lot and get stuck in. You must be either immediately available or on a short notice period as they need someone to start as soon as possible.
