My client is a large public body looking to appoint an experienced employee relations partner to cover maternity leave on a 12 month FTC basis. This role will support employee relations across the whole organisation. The role will work closely with the HR director and wider HR team on all employee relations matters.
What we're looking for
End to end case management of grievance cases - working with HR Business Partner and department heads to investigate grievances, completing analysis and updating all stakeholders with key findings and recommended actions.
Collective ER management - developing and maintaining relationships with various bodies - Trade Unions, Work Councils, etc).
Managing key stakeholder relationships and ER risk across the business.
Support education and training of ER matter and legislation to wider business managers.
Experience handling tribunal cases.
As the successful candidate, you will be a proven ER specialist with a clear track record of in depth experience of ER investigations and case management. Experience within a financial or professional services environment is desirable.
