Interim HR Project Manager - £600 - £800p/d

A leading private sector organisation, who are experiencing a substantial period of growth, are looking for a Prince 2 qualified project manager to work as part of an internal HR change team. Excellent project management skills are essential, whilst previous experience of working in HR would be preferred.

The HR Project Manager role holds overall accountability for delivering the "People Factor" objectives within an International Project. The role provides the single focus for day-to-day planning, implementation and tracking of HR deliverables, ensuring they are achieved on time, within quality specifications and on budget in order to support the organisation's global growth strategy.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Skills
    • Project Management skills
    • Able to negotiatie and influence at ECM/senior level within the organisation
    • Good working knowledge of key HR practices such as Performance Mgt, Succession Planning
    • Strong ability to organise self, and prioritise workload in order to meet tight deadlines
    • A good level of IT competence is required in programmes such as Excel, Word and Power Point and ability to use HR Systems
  • Experience
    • At least 3-5 years HR experience within a HR Business Partnering/Project environment
    • Experience of working in stand-alone HR role
    • Experience of project management/managing large scale projects
    • International experience
