Rewards Manager job in London paying £26- £30p/h

You will be working for a leading healthcare charity located in Kings Cross.
Your new role
As the interim Rewards manager you will be managing the day to day operation of pay and rewards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing reward projects for the organisation. To apply for this role you must be immediately available or on a one week notice period. You will be employed temporarily whilst they recruit for a permanent rewards manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience leading annual salary review processes and managing various benefit packages. You will also demonstrate the ability to maximise restrained budgets to provide outstanding rewards for employees across the organisation. As an individual, you will be a very strong communicator with excellent influencing skills which will allow you to support change across all levels.
