NEW PERMANENT ROLE - Reward Specialist in Birmingham
Your new company
My client are a large commercial organisation who are going through a sustained period of business transformation and investment. They are now looking to recruit a permanent Reward Specialist to join the reward team based from their offices in Birmingham City Centre.
Your new role
The Reward Specialist will support the Head of Reward in the development of the reward strategy & policies aligned to business needs and performance. Other key responsibilities will include the design and implementation of executive reward offerings, the development of benefits and pensions plans, managing job evaluation and grading processes, and advising on complex reward queries and issues.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a senior Reward specialist with experience gained from within a large and complex commercial organisation. It is essential that you are able to demonstrate extensive reward experience including pay, benefits, job evaluation, executive reward and ideally pensions. Experience in business partnering and project management is also vital.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £47,304 to £54,400 plus excellent benefits
