More specifically, as an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for;
- Supporting on the recruitment process
- Coordinating training and assisting with the development plans for employees / performance management
- HR Systems
- Joiners/Leavers - onboarding & offboarding
- Supporting with low level ER cases - note taking, collating date
- Ad hoc project work
- Benefits administration
You must have a background in an HR focused administrative role ideally within financial or professional services. You must have the ability to work in a high pressure, global environment and have exceptional attention to detail / ability to maintain a high quality of work in tight time frames.
You must also be driven and eager to learn, and able to build strong and effective relationships with all level stakeholder.
This is a fantastic role where you will get the exposure to every element of HR and be mentored by senior members of the team. It will suit someone who is eager to build on their HR experience in a high touch and fast paced role.
