HR Advisor

This is a challenging and hands-on role for an immediately available HR Advisor with strong generalist experience. The successful applicant will be confident in the full lifecycle of operational human resources, with scope in employee engagement and communications projects.

  • Employee engagement projects
  • End-to-end recruitment
  • Training and inductions
  • Mentoring and coaching line managers
  • Reviewing policy and procedure
  • Contributing to employee engagement and communications projects
  • Assisting with ad-hoc projects (eg. GDPR)
  • Stakeholder management


  • Hands-on generalist operational experience essential
  • Proactive partnering approach
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience or interest in engagement projects (eg. appraisals, performance management, etc.)
  • Experience or interest in communications (eg. newsletters, social media, etc.)
  • Exposure to EU or international businesses ideal but not essential
  • CIPD qualification preferred
