Your new company is a growing UK bank based in the City of London. They use new technologies to transform the banking experience. They are looking for an HR Administrator.

Your new role

This is a 3 month position based within central London. Your responsibilities will include assisting with a HR matters, such as recruitment, on boarding, exit interviews, staff HR queries. Your responsibilities will include providing advice to employees, attending to all levels of administration, assisting with on boarding and off boarding, producing offer letters and contracts, maintain employee records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have strong communication skills. The successful applicant would have proven themselves as a HR administrator, you will have proven experience of scheduling interviews, screening CVs as well as maintaining an applicant tracking system. You will be able to demonstrate that you can multi task, for this role HR experience within financial services, professional services or a global dynamic commercial organisation. You must be immediately available to start a new role and be able to commit for the duration of the contract.

What you'll get in return

You will receive an hourly rate of £14-£17 per hour dependant on experience.
