Reward Manager - Consultancy

A Consultancy organisation based in London has headcount for two additional team members to join on a permanent basis; a Reward (Relationship) Manager and a Remuneration Regulation Director.

Supporting clients within Asset Management, the Reward Manager will be the first point of contact for clients (usually C Suite individuals) and will work alongside Partners and Senior Consultants in the development and execution of annual compensation studies and consulting projects. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and developing client relationships, including client service and identifying opportunities

  • Market research and competitor analysis

  • Working on projects that develop and implement client reward strategies that link to business strategy

  • Client advisory projects including Regulatory, analytical and market practice performance and reward consulting

  • Project and process management

Key requirements:

  • Previous knowledge of implementing reward/compensation strategies within the financial services sector

  • Experience within consultancy or financial services required

  • Knowledge of regulations affecting the Asset Management space

  • Excellent relationship & stakeholder management skills

  • Strong communication skills
