HR Business Partner 0.8 FTE with a flexible working week, Geneva

The Global Fund now has an outstanding opportunity for a true HR Business Partner to join their organisation based in Geneva to play an integral role within the HR team and work closely with Global Fund staff who come from all professional backgrounds and from more than 100 different countries. This opportunity is on a 0.8 FTE basis with a flexible working week.

The Business Partner will be a trusted advisor for Senior Managers and their staff and consult with them on a wide range of HR matters to drive the delivery of seamless, high quality, value adding HR services that support the business. You will need to understand the strategic business plans and their people implications and provide creative collaboration to develop relevant and best in class HR strategies and deliver timely HR solutions to meet anticipated challenges.

In addition, the successful individual will demonstrate agility in deploying a truly pragmatic approach towards practical day to day challenges and have the clarity and tenacity to manage operational demands effectively to deliver results and contribute to the development of a culture that emphasizes proactivity, quality and high performance.

You will possess a mastery of human resources, organizational development and change management theories, methods and best practices as well as progressive HRBP experience. Most importantly, you will be able to demonstrate real impact in supporting and driving transformation in the longer term and offer both day to day hands-on HR operational capability and best in class strategic HR expertise.
