Interim HR Analyst

My client is a global organisation in the commerce space. They are looking for a Interim HR Analyst to join their fast-paced team on a 3 - 6 month interim basis initially.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Detailed analysis of organisational model proposals

  • Job grading and job title analysis

  • Produce pivot tables and graphs

  • Liase with Reward and Resourcing to exchange data

  • Regular reporting

The ideal candidate for this role will be ideally HR qualified or relevant degree. You will be highly comfortable and experienced in manipulating HR data and able to interpret patterns of information around multiple categories.

You will have excellent Excel skills and be able to do v look up and pivot tables. You will be able to interpret and present data well (including good powerpoint skills). Ideal experience will also include working in an international organisation, with familiarisation of different HR practices/legal requirements (including GDPR).
