Payroll Administrator £30-32k
Oakleaf Partnership are proud to be working with a leading media business in London, City who is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Working in a team of 3, working to ensure the efficient and effective administration of the payroll function across the various PAYE entities, to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time for 1500 employees
Manage and administer the Year End process including all HMRC submissions, P11D's, P14, RTI, etc
Sound understanding of all HMRC and payroll process when dealing with all Statutory leave types such as Maternity, Paternity, Adoption, etc
Manage Directors Emoluments both UK and some EAME and UK tax implications for our mobile employee base
Ensuring the Payroll Department and relevant administrations are compliant with Sarbanes Oxley and all HMRC legislation and best practice.
Manage some benefits reconciliation such as BUPA, Season Ticket Loans, pensions, etc
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Strong UK payroll knowledge
Ideally have experience of using more than one payroll system or ADP Freedom
High level user of Excel is a must including v-lookups and pivot tables etc.
Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
Good communication skills and be able to speak with people at all levels of the business
