- CIPD qualified or equivalent would be an advantage

As the face of HR you will support, develop and manage their most valuable asset - their employees.
You will be required to set up the HR offering from scratch, but with an initial focus on recruiting in top talent. It is vital that you have the drive and determine to work with everyone within the business to make this a success, and your input and views will not be confined to HR - you will be an integral part of the management team.
The role reports into the Director, who sees the true value of HR.
