My Bristol based client is looking to hire a Senior Reward Analyst to support a senior management population for Global regions.
Reporting to the Head of Reward, this position takes a leading role in the Global Reward Strategy to support the annual salary and bonus schemes for a global population of senior leaders. This will also include salary benchmarking, job evaluation and share plan activities, and supporting key technology initiatives.
You will be experienced in all areas of Reward management (performance and reward methodologies) and be able to balance a strong understanding of reward strategy, senior stakeholder management and operational/tactical reward initiatives. Ideally you will have experience of UK and some Global geographies and be culturally aware. Alongside your ability to communicate and be credible in front of senior stakeholders you will also need to manage multiple priorities. Experience of a variety of HR systems/being technically adept would be an advantage.
