My client are seeking a HR Risk Senior Manager. This role faces into the HR and Risk teams to manage and inform all aspects of People risk.
An Edinburgh-based bank.
The HR Risk Senior Manager will sit in the HR team and support the full People function with all aspects of Risk.
Working closely with the HRD and the internal Risk team, you will advise on changes in legislation and and upcoming projects. The HR Risk Senior Manager will contribute operationally to every project the HR team work on, from GDPR to system migrations.
You'll lead a team of two to support with all oversight and control for the HR People team from a Risk perspective.
The HR Risk Senior Manager will have:
- Strong people management experience
- Ability to influence across the business, including Senior Leaders
- Proven ability to manage and mitigate risk effectively whilst embedding internal and external best practice
- Effective senior stakeholder management and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
