We're currently working with a global investment bank on an opportunity for an experienced Graduate Recruiter to look after the full recruitment cycle for Analyst programmes across Corporate and Investment Banking.
The Graduate Recruiter will work closely with HR stakeholders advising on trends and developments, will design and develop new initiatives, launching these to ensure competitive recruiting landscapes, and manage the campaigns from end to end.
Responsibilities will include:
Oversee, Plan and execute graduate recruiting activities
Develop relationships with stakeholders and drive strategies
Align with corporate and investment banking, encouraging and sustaining best practice and participation
Partner with Recruiting Specialists to embed diversity in candidate attraction and selection
Develop strategies for campus campaigns, partnering with global offices to ensure consistent efforts
Oversee the management of Analyst programmes for conversion to full time hires
Candidates suitable for this opportunity will:
Have experience in a graduate recruitment role within financial services
Be familiar with recruiting cycles for summer intern and 1st year programmes
Have experience designing tactical recruitment campaigns
Be confident advising the business and senior stakeholders on trends and the graduate recruitment market
Ideally be educated to degree level
