I am currently working with an international law firm on an HR Manager/Business Partner role for their London office. You will be aligned to fee-earning practice groups and be point of contact for partners within the firm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with partners and providing expertise on talent management, performance-related and promotion processes;
- Providing excellent, expert advice on employee and partner issues and managing issues of varying complexity;
- Working closely with the firm's centres of excellence on recruitment, reward, analytics, etc.
- Identifying training and development options within the firm
The firm are looking for an experienced HR Manager/BP who can evidence excellent employment law knowledge as well as the ability to build internal relationships effortlessly. Experience of a law firm or another partnership environment is highly desirable, as is having worked across various jurisdictions.
