Oakleaf Partnership are working with a large not for profit organisation with a vital mission who are looking to appoint a Resourcing Business Partner on a 1 year FTC basis to join them.
This role will mainly focus on the Care and Support part of business. Your remit will span media engagement, employer brand management, establishing strong relationships with internal clients to understand their needs and challenges, building relationships and networking with educational intuitions to create and enhance talent pipelines and more.
As an Assistant Resourcing Partner for Care and Support you will bring deep understanding of resourcing strategies and branding, impressive direct sourcing and talent management knowledge as well as outstanding interpersonal skills. Demonstrable flair for problem solving and crisis management is essential, and you will bring the confidence to engage with executives on strategic decisions. Above all, you will be a genuine innovator and effective influencer, who can articulate a clear vision and act as a strong resourcing custodian.
The role will be based in Central London, however you will be required to travel weekly to various locations in the South and East of England where care and support offices and sites are based.
Experience of advising service managers on a range of recruitment and resourcing issues. Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process for care and support.
Good working knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practice. Experience of using human resources and recruitment systems and increasing efficiency by using information technology.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to write letters, produce reports, manage and interpret data and make recommendations.
Identify and action opportunities to streamline recruiting processes and tools.
Proven ability to work under pressure/to short deadlines and deal with high volume recruitment.
