NEW ROLE - HR Business Partner - Employee Relations based in Birmingham

Your new role
The HR Business Partner (Employee Relations) will be responsible for providing employee relations support across a multi-sited organisation. The role will manage a caseload of complex and ongoing employee relations cases. Additional responsibilities will include supporting restructuring programmes, coaching managers on best practice and contributing to continuous improvement within the function. The role will include extensive consultation with unions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR or ER business partner/manager with expert employee relations experience. You will be able to demonstrate strong experience of managing complex cases to dismissal level. It is essential that you have very strong trade union experience. You will be a strong communication skills and be able to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £40,000 plus final salary pension and 30 days holiday (inc bank holidays) which rises with service.
