HR Manager

This Swindon based Technology business is looking to hire an HR Manager. The role reports into the COO and is responsible for a broad generalist HR remit.

The company is SME in size, dynamic and fast paced, adhering to values that include being transparent, inquisitive, accountable and collaborative. This is a standalone position (with some administrative support) and you will therefore work in both a strategic and operational capacity, working closely with the senior leadership teams and across the entire employee headcount. As such you will be responsible for all HR policies, procedures and processes including employee relations, recruitment, talent management, training and development, graduate programmes, career development, performance and annual salary reviews. Key projects include the development of a robust graduate development programme, leadership development, training and development.

The position requires experience across the depth and breadth of HR, and you will need to demonstrate specific experience of L&D programmes and recruitment across graduate and senior levels. Ideally your experience will have been gained within a Technology led business or similar. Due to the standalone nature of the role you will need to be able to evidence working in both a strategic and operational/day to day capacity, and be a self-starter and highly motivated. You will also need to be a confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels. CIPD qualifications would be a distinct advantage.
