Recruitment Advisor

Our client, a forward thinking and influential business, is looking to appoint a Recruitment Advisor to support the delivery of a talent acquisition strategy and end to end recruitment processes, during a period of growth. The role is broad and will encompass both sourcing and management of internal and external opportunities, to enable this organisation to fulfill its ambitious business goals.

This is a Recruitment role, where you will be responsible for driving best practice, ensuring compliance with employment legislation whilst maintaining HR systems and monthly KPIs. You will also be responsible for communicating internal opportunities and working in partnership with external suppliers, requiring commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience as well as exceptional people skills. You will also be responsible for working in partnership with the business to select the best talent both in terms of cultural fit and experience, which is able to support a growing and innovative organisation as well as managing the Onboarding and Induction process. This is a delivery-focused role, which allows strategic input and the requirement to deliver operational efficiencies and evolve resourcing best practice, to enhance and drive forward a high performing culture.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally be an experienced Resourcing expert with the ability and mindset to operate across multiple business units and work effectively as part of a HR team, within fast paced businesses, at an operational level. Commercially astute with strong influencing skills, you will have built a reputation for delivering results and problem solving, supported by the confidence and tenacity to work across all levels of internal Stakeholders. The ability to use initiative and contribute to the wider HR team will also be required.
