Our client, a forward thinking and influential business is looking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a 12 month Fixed Term basis to lead the delivery of the introduction of a new HR System and related Change projects and Communication initiatives, whilst also acting as a Business Partner to Line Managers for a key client group.
This is a challenging and interesting role, where you will be a member of the functional team and be responsible for the implementation of the Change strategy, ensuring the delivery of the business objectives and targets. You will also be responsible for supporting a growing business unit, driving the performance management agenda and succession planning programme, as well as delivering commercial HR solutions, which develops talent, enhances employee engagement and is able to support a fast paced and growing organisation. This is a role, which allows the opportunity to add value to enhance and drive forward a positive culture.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of delivering Change solutions at an operational level, enabling continuous improvement, ideally for Sales led environments. Commercially astute with experience of Change management and HR Systems implementation, you will need the confidence and tenacity to motivate and engage the senior management team. The ability to build credibility quickly and contribute to the wider HR agenda will also be required.
