Oakleaf is working with a global communication and business strategy organisation who is seeking a HR and Talent Director for their European business. Based in their London office, this role will report to the CPO in the US, and have an established team working for them. With over 700 employees, 40 nationalities and 30 offices worldwide, this organisation is looking at growing their European arm of the firm. Europe has 6 offices currently.
This person needs to be able to work with MDs of each country, along with their counterparts in the US.
This organisation is looking for someone from a similar indutry, media, professional services, business strategy and communications.
They need to also ideally have worked globally, or at least with a couple of countries outside of the UK.
As the HRD the ideal candidate needs to have a full generalist background, operating at Director level, but with a passion for talent management, organisation development and resource planning.
This candidate needs to be analytical and understands data, and how to implement systems.
