Your new role
This role will report directly to the Group Head of HR and will be responsible for the strategy and overall recruitment of this organisations overseas teams across multiple roles. Creating innovative and relevant ways to attract and identify the best talent for their opportunities. You will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Managers, Talent Acquisition Executives and key stakeholders in developing recruitment plans or initiatives. Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks
Your main responsibilities will be to determine staffing needs and forecasts across multiple overseas opportunities and ensure the recruitment of strong talent for company opportunities. You will lead the overseas HR employee branding. You are also responsible for the entire recruitment process from budgets and advertising to placing, ensuring this organisations recruitment process is optimised and is a positive experience for candidates. It will be very important to develop a longer-term recruitment plan in line with external influences. You are responsible for searching for talent rather than applications for more senior roles and assessing their talents rather than work history. You will need to clearly demonstrate the positive impact new recruiting methods in terms of EVP, branding and social media. You will build and lead a high performing talent acquisition team. You will need to learn the business and understand the factors needed to ensure success.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of full recruitment cycle
Ideally experience of working overseas
Understanding all selection methods and techniques including social media
Leadership skills and experience
Strong people skills
Self-motivated and a motivator
Strong attention to detail
Competent in the entire recruitment process and associated legislation
